The Red River Valley Festival of the Arts is organized and run by volunteers, and showcases talent in the Instrumental, Junior and Senior Piano, Speech Arts, and Vocal/Choral genres.
The annual Festival is held at the Altona Mennonite Church and Buhler Hall.
